Storage Shelf System[edit]

The Storage Shelf is an advanced supply depot and automated armory system in New Hope UO. Inspired by modern Ultima Online mechanics, it allows players to store over 336 distinct item types in unlimited quantities, configure per-character loadouts, and resupply or auto-equip their paperdoll with a single click or macro command!

Obtaining a Storage Shelf[edit]

Storage Shelf available at Valdris Market Vendor for 500,000 Gold.

Vendor: Available exclusively from the Valdris Market Vendor located at the central market square of Valdris City.
Categories: Found under both the Limited Edition and Furniture tabs.
Price: 500,000 Gold (500k).
Crafting: The Storage Shelf cannot be crafted via Carpentry; it is exclusively an urban luxury purchase from the Valdris Market.

House Placement & Setup[edit]

Placement: Drop the Storage Shelf anywhere inside your house and secure it using your house command (I wish to secure this) or lock it down.
Rotating Directions ([flip): The shelf has two distinct 3D isometric perspectives:
- South-Facing (ItemID 0x2813)
- East-Facing (ItemID 0x2814)
- Target the shelf and type [flip to rotate it flush against any interior wall.
Security Access: Set access levels (Owner, Co-Owner, Friend) through the standard house security menu.

Interface & Features[edit]

The Storage Shelf dual-mode interface featuring category tabs, custom loadouts, and quick actions.

1. Restocking Supplies[edit]

Drag and Drop: Simply drag and drop loose items or entire filled backpacks/pouches onto the shelf. All compatible supplies are instantly absorbed into the shelf's unlimited storage.
Restock from Backpack: Click the button on the top right to automatically sweep all matching reagents, potions, bandages, ammunition, tools, and scrolls directly from your backpack into the shelf.
Restock from Container: Target any chest, barrel, or crate within reach to pull all compatible contents into the shelf.
Loot & Artifact Protection: Valuable Slayer weapons and rare Artifact items are protected and will never be absorbed into the shelf during bulk restocks.

2. Configuring Your Loadout (Edit Current Loadout)[edit]

Click the "Edit Current Loadout" button to switch from Stock mode to Loadout configuration mode.
Toggle the checkbox [X] next to any item you wish to include in your loadout.
Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to dial in the exact quantity you wish to carry (e.g. 50 Bandages, 30 of each Reagent, 5 Greater Heal Potions).
Material Selector: For craftable equipment (armor, shields, weapons), click the ◄ and ► arrows at the top of the category pane to cycle through desired materials:
- Metal Armor & Weapons: Iron, Dull Copper, Shadow Iron, Copper, Bronze, Gold, Agapite, Verite, Valorite
- Tailored Armor: Regular Leather, Spined Leather, Horned Leather, Barbed Leather
- Wood Shields & Archery: Regular Wood, Oak, Ash, Yew, Heartwood, Bloodwood, Frostwood
Use Normal Materials If Necessary: When enabled, if your chosen high-tier material (e.g., Barbed Leather or Valorite) is out of stock in the shelf, the system will automatically supply standard Iron or Regular Leather so you never leave empty-handed.

3. One-Click Resupply & Auto-Equipping[edit]

RESUPPLY Button: Scans your character's backpack and current equipment, calculates missing items, and withdraws the needed supplies in seconds.
Direct Paperdoll Auto-Equip: If your helmet, tunic, leggings, arms, gloves, gorget, shield, or weapon slots are empty, the shelf will automatically equip them directly onto your paperdoll!
Quick Macro Command ([resupply):
1. When standing inside your house (or within 4 tiles of your shelf), simply type [resupply.
2. The shelf will instantly resupply your backpack and auto-equip your missing gear without even needing to open the shelf window.
3. You can easily bind [resupply to a macro key in ClassicUO or Razor for instantaneous restocks between dungeon runs!
