Welcome to New Hope UO: Hopelands. This page provides essential information for new and veteran players regarding permitted third-party assistants, character skill and stat caps, combat limits, account rules, and server policies.
📜 1. Allowed Assistants & Macro Policy
New Hope permits standard Ultima Online third-party assistants and macro utilities. Players are free to use any of the following software:
- 🟢 ClassicUO Built-in Assistant: Fully integrated into our official New Hope Launcher. Features hotkeys, macro scripts, auto-loot, dress agents, and customizable game bars.
- 🟢 Razor: 100% permitted. Standard macro recording, hotkeys, and agents work smoothly out of the box.
- 🟢 Razor Enhanced: Supported for advanced Python scripting, enhanced targeting, and container auto-sorting.
- 🟢 UOSteam & Orion: Supported for custom hotkey configurations and legacy macro profiles.

⚔️ 3. Combat & PvP Attribute Caps
To maintain balanced, skill-based PvP combat while keeping PvE dungeon encounters challenging:

🏰 4. Accounts & Housing Limits
- Accounts Per Player: Maximum 3 accounts per player / household IP.
- Account Registration: Web-based only at newhopeuo.com/#register. In-game automatic account creation is disabled for server security.
- House Ownership: 1 primary house per account across the Hopelands facet. Supports both standard deeds and the 3D Custom House Placement Tool.
- Character Slots: 6 characters per account.
🌍 5. Era & World Overview
- Base Expansion: High Seas & Time of Legends expansion mechanics running on modern ClassicUO.
- Custom World: Hand-crafted 6144 x 4096 continent (Hopelands) with 6 bustling cities (Ashford, Valdris, Stonemark, Duskwell, Aethermoor, Ironhaven).
- Naval Warfare: Warships with broadside cannons, Captain skill progression, maritime trade cargo, and naval battles.
- Dungeon Mastery: Custom tiered dungeons with arena-wide raid boss encounters and guaranteed recipe scroll drops.
