New Hope UO - Custom Dungeons

Our shard features several custom-designed dungeons located in expanded map coordinates.

1. Wyrmfire Caverns (formerly The Red Stone Dungeon)

• Coordinates: Hopelands (6971, 3392)
• Design: Ancient stone walls and dark grey flagstone corridors.
• Features: Situated in the expanded section of the Hopelands map, requiring a client resolution of 7168 x 4096 to walk beyond X = 5120.

2. Dread-Wing Abyss (formerly Nessuno Dungeon)

• Coordinates:
  • Level 1 (Z=40): (6855, 3942)
  • Level 2 (Z=20): (6932, 3903)
  • Level 3 (Z=0): (6945, 3970)
• Design: Mossy green ancient stone walls, wooden stairs, sandstone pillars, and scattered bones.
• Layout: Levels are mapped to different X/Y coordinates to prevent rendering overlap and corridor shadow bugs.

3. Fiend's Hollow (formerly Caverna Dungeon)

• Coordinates: Entrance (Z=0): (7015, 3960)
• Design: A single massive floor layout matching classic dungeons like Wind/Deceit, surrounded by natural cave tunnel walls.
• Key Regions:
  • NW Gate Outpost: Castles walls and stone archway battlements.
  • North Keep: Large fortress ruins.
  • East Crystal Mine: Fenced green crystal mine.
  • South Star Altar: Raised temple room with star altar and burning braziers.

4. Brimstone Lair (formerly Wild One Dungeon)

• Coordinates: Hopelands (6908, 3680)
• Description: Snowy wilderness continent featuring lava lakes, snowy mountains, and pine trees.
